Hiding stereo wires

I am tired of looking at these wires going to the center console with my radio in it, and the wires running along the floor to the back speakers. Is the only way to clean them up drilling holes through the firewall running the wires under and then drill more holes in the floor where I need the wires to end up?

i ran mine under the rubber floor mat and under something like this. unfortunately i had to remove my seats to lift up the mat and get it all slid in there

HAVE had mine like that for years, but agree...new rebuild they will be hidden

We built a cable channel on the passenger side of the tunnel.
