I think it was posted on one of the FB pages? He claims no rust but that's because the floorboards were replaced with flat steel pieces or maybe laid over the original rusty pieces.

Aren't the doors and dash knobs from a '68 or newer Bronco??? Not saying the rest isn't a '66, but I thought the key insert for the lock (blanking on proper term as I type) should be closer to the handle on a '66 or '67 and the style of the dash knobs doesn't look like the '66 ones???

Yes, and yes. Same for the gauge cluster.
