When I read posts like this I always wonder is the leg room thing just from people thinking “that front leg must get in the way” or something similar.

I say this because I’m 6’4” and 300lbs with size 13 shoes. I have never once hit the front leg of my cage with my knee/foot/leg anything. It just seems to occupy a place that my leg never wants to go.

Not trying to claim it’s not an issue I just wonder if there are people out there that have actually installed one and felt like the A leg was in the way.

It does mean I have to open the door to open/close the vent windows, but that seems to be a small price to pay for the added safety of a full cage.

Moral of the story I don’t know that the front leg actually gets in the way and I wouldn’t trust anything without a front leg especially if I plan on driving the bronco at highway speeds.
