Still very interested in getting these pieces made. Anybody have the skills and time in 2025 to help me? I am also interested in a matching steering column piece as can be seen in the 1st photo of the 1st post.

I had a set of original interior panels but the factory cardboard backing was toast. My upholstery guy said he could make new backs and transfer the original pattern to the new backs. Came out great. 250 a panel. That got me thinking. Why couldn’t you just fabricate a new backing panel and cover it with Indian blanket or another original bronco interior fabric, and do the upper part in a matching vinyl like OEM? I’ve got a few yards of the Indian blanket and blue Houndstooth left over and the blue vinyl . CAD files would make it easy . IMG_2242.jpeg

I have done that with the brown vinyl and houndstooth fabric. It won't have the chrome factory style trim but still looks really good.

I have contacted someone about helping me draw theses, no word from them yet. We have a large CNC router at the woodworking shop I hang out. Lot of options if we get a CAD file. How thick of material can be used?
