    Bronco sagging in the rear???

No body lift. It has the stock 3/4" rubber insulators. Closer to 1/2" now. As for the pictures, it only allowed me to put 3 in the main picture section, so I have one more detailed picture in the drivetrain section.

    Bronco sagging in the rear???

It's a 74. Yes it has front disc brakes, but I don't know if they were stock or a conversion. Lots of stuff I want to do! My teenaged sons want me to start with getting the body cleaned up and repainted so it looks cool, but I want to start with the foundation, if you will, and get the...

    1974 Bronco Explorer package

Interesting. I think I need to get a Marti report. I have a 74 that has the Sport emblem on the side plus the red FORD lettering on the grill, AND it has Explorer on the glove box, the wood grain/vinyl door panels and the white tire cover that says Bronco Explorer, and it's Blue metallic with...

    Another horn relay thread...

Horn is operational! I added a jumper around the rag joint and that did the trick. Frustrating thing is that I read your post about that and it was one of the first things I checked, but it apparently wasn't making good contact because of the paint/rust, etc. I filed it down a touch to get...

    Bronco sagging in the rear???

Paul, love the info you gave up higher in the thread. I used it to measure my bronco's lift because it's sagging a little on the rear drivers side. I measured the following: Passenger rear- 8" Passenger front- 7" Driver rear- 7" Driver front- 6.5" I could "guess" from those measurements that...

    Another horn relay thread...

Sorry I didn't explain the conflicting reports. The first time, I just taped the jumper over the rag joint so I had free hands to go push the horn button. Didn't work, so I assumed that wasn't the culprit. I think that didn't work because there's rust, paint, grease, crud, etc on the steering...

    Another horn relay thread...

I'm a step closer! Continuity to the steering wheel is good. If I ground the contact spring, it honks, but I have to ground it to something besides the steering wheel because the column isn't grounded! I read a post about this yesterday where you guys were saying there used to be a little...

    Another horn relay thread...

Thanks Paul, let me try to hit all your questions... Yes, steering column is stock, turn signal is stock (I believe), and it has the hazard switch on the column. The steering wheel is new from Wild Horses. Seems like the horn worked years ago, but hasn't for a long time. I was hoping it was...
