Just thought I'd share a few photos I took last weekend cruising through Texas Hill Country. I finally got the spooky Bronco photo I'm been trying for years to get.

After two hours in bed watching tv with a X-Acto knife, a pair of tweeters and a small trash can I got all the sealant glue off and flipped that puppy around. It's installed the right way now and there's not gap. Not the worst mistake I've made restoring this Bronco but dang that was irritating.

I have one and would recommend it. Yes, there is no singular thing you can do to deter all theft but you can definitely make it as hard as possible. I did my research and these things are a ----- to uninstall so it makes the Bronco undesirable. Plus, my Bronco has been in and out of many...

I got it off. Now I'm spending the evening peeling the glue off. :(

Oh well then, that's just fan-freaking-tastic.

What the heck just happened? This new seal looked identical to the one I replaced but now I'm seeing a half inch gap! How the hell do I fix this?

I haven't looked that closely at the new one but I'll look for the cracks. And I'll pick up some screws and just ditch those little plastic pegs. Screws seem much easier. Thanks guys!

I'm installing a new lower liftgate seal and I have a couple of questions. My current one is held in place by T-shaped plastic pegs and a couple of screws. Do I have to reuse these pegs, or can I just use screws across the whole thing? And then when I replaced the other seals I used gasket...
