    Gauge Cluster Help

    Gauge cluster help. I’m getting 12v on the cluster housing which is giving me a short when I hook up the ground wire to the housing. I’ve chased it down to the IVR I’m getting 12V through the metal case of the IVR. This should not happen correct?

    I took off my brake booster to repainting and when I tipped it up the plunger push down and oil leaked out onto the table. Is the booster full of oil. Or do I need to replace
