    Crawln68 is Da Man!

Just opened up my bronco Driver. Looks as though our very own Crawln68's sweet bronco is finally getting the recognition it deserves. Congratulations! That is one of the best looking, most bad ass built broncos I have ever seen. Your attention to detail really makes a difference.

71 mog axled early bronco rock crawler

I built this bronco last year because I wanted to be one of the guys riding all the extreme trails here in Colorado instead of watching. Since then I have gone through trails like Independence, Carnage (BV), Upper Helldorado... The only time I ever pulled out my winch cable was the exit of Upper...

Just found out I was a polish superstar

A buddy at work handed me this magazine the other day. The mag looked like a Motor Trend type with various articles about different cars and trucks, but it was in some language I didn't know how to translate. I told him "Thanks a lot" in a sarcastic manner. He said "No, look inside. You are...

Reman 351w with only 2k miles on it

A friend of mine bought this engine from one of the major parts stores (Checker, Advance... I forget which one) for his 86 F 150 4x4. After the install the truck ran great for 2000 miles, then the trans lost second gear. This was 2 years ago. He lost the motivation to fix the truck after the...

    A few Bronco Safari pics

Just got back. I am already looking forward to going back. Thanks to all the people that made it possible. It was really nice getting to meet you people that I have talked to on this site and ebml. I really only have pics of my view of one trail run. Here they are.

    Pics from Independence trail

Here are some pics from our wheelin trip to Indy. Other then a tire bead popping off my wheel, and my friend's track bar bracket breaking we made it through smooth. Super Fun!

    Test run #2 pics

My wife and I took a trip up to Buena Vista last weekend to do some wheelin on Chinaman's Gulch. I am happy to say my bronco walked up the ledges that I tried and failed many times before. The weather was perfect. I finally got to feel that weird defying physics feeling of climbing the big...

    check out my body damage

Warning - no matter how much in a hurry you are in, clamp stuff in a vise before taking a grinder to it. Don't be like this dumb a$$ and hold it in your hand. Those wire wheels that you can buy for the grinders work great for cleaning welds, stripping rust, paint, and skin.

My wife won't come out and look, so will you? $2.35 air locker

Check out my new $2.35 air lockers. I used my old ARB solenoids, switches, and lines. I found some used bimba air cylinders for $2.35 a piece. Now I have functional selectable front and rear lockers. Pay no mind to the bugger weld on the front (I guess I didn't get all the oil off). Thanks for...

    Maiden voyage with pics

I finally got the bronco out on some rocks today. We only took the time to take a few pics. You know how that goes. It dumped rain and snow. We had no top, windshield, or heater. In other words we had a GREAT time. Thanks for the use of your tailer Joe! Tell your buddies it was nice...

    wife flexin the bronco

I talked my wife into driving over some tires in the driveway today. She had never driven the bronco before. Up and over 3 feet of tires is as good a place to start as anywhere else I suppose ;D . She had fun. Hopefully we will be trying it out on some rocks before it snows. The last one is my 2...

Check out the "Point Taken" article in Petersons 4x4

I remember following the Petersons slamming broncos thread on here a few months ago. I think Jarod got the point. So who has a stock Bronco that is up to the Challange?

I am trying out this new plenum on my 351w

check out the plenum I installed on my 351 W. I like the performance of my other one better but this one looks much better. I am not building this bronco for looks so it is coming off, but I thought I would take a pic first. Again, this plenum is on my 351 W. Oh well it was worth a try.

    What do you think?

Check out my try at a bad bronco on a poor guy budget. I still have lots of little stuff to do, but I went around the block and nothing broke today.

Check this out; NADA vehical pricing & information (early bronco)

I was looking up the value of my wife's Expedition, and I happen to see a classic cars section on the NADA web site. I thought you all might be interested in what NADA says our broncos are worth ;D http://www.nadaguides.com/uv/viewresults.aspx?LI=1-12-1-2031-0-0-0&Lnk=1&wSec=12&wPr=1&wPg=2032

My Stone Crusher Trackbar came in today.

My Stone Crusher trackbar came in today. I think I called and ordered it last Wednesday, and it arrived the following Wednesday. These are custom made to order and powder coated. It looks great, built stout and fits perfect, and the customer service is some of the best I have ever experienced.
