    I am going to put a new distributor into my 71 bronco that has been upgraded to Electronic Ignition. I believe it is a single vacuum set up? my real question is whether to get the distributor with the steel gear or cast iron gear. My bronco has an edelbrock performer cam shaft. Please help...

    I am currently converting from a 3spd manual to C4 automatic and am now assembling the new set up and am to the Spud Shaft. I have heard that I can cut down my old 3spd spud shaft to make it work for the C4. the questions are does this work? who has done it and is it reliable and safe to use...
