OR Warn Winch Bumper for 8274 style

I have one I'm not using anymore. It's complete except for the screws and nuts for the side plates. Back in 1990, I wrecked and left a Bronco in Goldendale, your Bronco isn't a 77 is it?

    reverse water pump

B C Broncos has a heavy duty pump that fits the stock location with the passenger side connection and flows either way. I converted my stock pulleys to serpentine and use one for 8 years without a problem. I think it is made for marine engines because it has a big brass or bronze impeller.

Input on nv4500, what would you do over or what did you learn?

I'm running 33's right now. My previous trans was a NP435 and that was an upgrade from the 3 speed.

Input on nv4500, what would you do over or what did you learn?

I'd do it again in a heartbeat. It is the best mod I've made to my Bronco, even though it is pricey. I've had it in for 11 years with a D20 and I wouldn't change a thing. It makes driving it on the freeway so nice. I have 4.11's and it'll do 70 at 2200 RPM all day long.

What shorty headers fit with NV 4500 trans

The BC shorties do work with my 4500.

    Speedo gear question

I have 4.11's with 33" tires and I'm running a 19 tooth gear. The only calibration I have done is pacing a prius with a digital dash, but the speedo is right on now. I did have and 18 tooth, but it always read slow.

What's the best swap/conversion to your Bronco

NV4500. Overdrive is the only way to go.

    3 speed tranmission rebuild project

In step 6, did you remove the roll pin? In step 7, the hook is to hold the end of the countershaft gear so it does not drop when you push out the countershaft. The tool they are talking about is a smaller diameter shaft than the countershaft. You use it to drive the countershaft out of the case...

    5.0 TFI Distributor Issue

I had the same problem. I didn't want to force it, so I left alone and tried starting the engine. After a couple of tries I was able to seat the distributor with the holding clamp. I don't know why it would not seat, but it would not move until I spun the engine a few times. The engine runs...

Sufferer of the Warn 9" Full floating kit...

I ditched the hubs right away because they leaked like crazy. I put on flanges and haven't had a problem since and it's been 8 years. I do have an extra set of flanges if you are interested.

Oops. The above swap is from bronco to bronco. I don't know about a F-150.

    rear dum swap questions

I've done that exact swap. I put rear discs and a warn full floating kit on my 77 so I had all the stuff laying around. The only thing is making sure you have a big bearing rear end. The big bearing is 3.150" in diameter and the small bearing is 2.850". You have to have the big bearing for it to...

    Front wheel bearings (disc swap)

Check the BC Broncos web site. They have info on the F-150 tie rods. I'd also give them a call and talk to Chuck, he's always happy to help.
