Ok I think its a done deal now... Should have this thing home by this weekend. ;D Guess its time to dig the grinders and welder back out. I'm going to have to invest in a plasma cutter if I keep buying Bronco's in this condition... hmmm, thats not a bad idea actually.. %) %)

Possibly your headlight switch is bad, or you have a break in one of your wires. I didn't have juice to my pigtail until I replaced my headlight switch. "Was original I think". When I pulled the switch out the guts fell out of the back of it. Replaced it and it worked like a charm. Travis

I was reading in the back of my JBG catalog and it say they were introduced in 1974

My drivers door has the same lower gap, my passenger door fits great though. Would love to come up with a fix.
