Yeah you can dive at Camp Lejeune on what they call Onslow beach. Good place to go with miles to ride on. No dues or hills though. I sometimes go out there surf fishing. I back my f150 up to the surf and keep the cooler close at hand.

I used POR 15 on my floor pans and they are rock hard. Its only been 4 months but it look like it will hold. Just make sure you clean and prep.
