Brake lights and hazards not working- replaced turn signal switch did not fix it

It looks like to me the ground lamp wire would be maybe for a fiberglass body to ground the taillamps? maybe. Update I have the passengers side working now, tomorrow will have to be solving the driver side. I pulled all of the non connected wire out from under the dash and maybe one of them...

Brake lights and hazards not working- replaced turn signal switch did not fix it

I have both digital and analog testers, and a test light. I will continue to test and check all of the grounds. No the bronco has not been painted, someday that would be nice, but I have the original paint with the nice patina and worn out color. I had replaced the fuse with no change, but...

6R80 and 10R 80 trans with coyote swap question

I thought it was the other way around and that you needed the 2x2 transmission. Thanks. I will make sure it is the 4x trans. The reason I was asking is because I found a decent deal on a motor tranny combo but it was a 4x case and I thought I needed the 2x. How much are you asking for yours...

6R80 and 10R 80 trans with coyote swap question

What is the difference with the 2wd and 4wd versions of these transmissions? I believe the adapter kits say to use the 2wd trans, is this correct? What is the difference and why to use the 2wd setup? Getting real close to purchasing the coyote and trans and then time for the fun swap! Thanks Glen

1975 Bronco emissions (truck/ Car) question for a coyote swap

I am trying to find out what the differences are and what the inspectors would know and not. Do they really know what the difference is on the charcol container from a f150 to a mustang are. Overall it is a PITA. I just don't want to spend the money and time to do a swap and then have them...

1975 Bronco emissions (truck/ Car) question for a coyote swap

I am looking for info that someone here most likely has the answer.... SO I am looking into doing a Coyote swap in my 1975 Bronco. Exhaust manifold heat riser valve

Yes I know they are infamous for destroying valves and not working. Mine is so badly damaged it creates exhaust leaks. Sadly, yes I don't care if it works, just that it looks like I have it on for visual inspection. Ultimately wish they would admit they did not work as well as they should, are...

    Exhaust manifold heat riser valve

do you not have to get classic vehicle insurance that limits how many miles you put on it a year? Also I believe to register as a classic it can not be modified, correct? thanks Glen

    Exhaust manifold heat riser valve

No that looks like the one i purchased that is made to fit a maverick. The one I had on the bronco the vacuum valve sticks up towards the top of the engine, basically a 90 angle than the one you have in this picture.
