Some surface rust on the inside but no real rust. Located near Culver City but there’s a guy on the way. If for some reason it doesn’t work out (unlikely) I’ll let ya know
I have a rust free hardtop for sale with sport trim. On of the corners is separating at the lift gate at the weld from being stored. Easily repairable.
Started by painting the flares and grill surround. Next was Eibach coil overs, Icon UCA’s and warn wheels with 39’s. Going to add another inch of lift, adjustable trac bar, fab tech tie rods and fab tech rear arms. Then get it out on some trails
Thankfully Nick sells the block off plates. NorthEast Classic Bronco parts. There’s still some question though wether they used all 6 holes or just 3 from the factory? Nick’s has 3 holes but I’ve found a pic of 6 screws.
On the heater delete broncos I remember seeing a sheet metal block off plate on the passenger side where the air box enters the cabin. I’ve also seen a restored U13 where the hole wasn’t there at all but it could have been filled during restoration. Anyone have information or a pic of this?
Just realized I hadn’t posted in 2 years. I’ve only put about 500 miles on the bronco so far. Had some kinks to work out but overall it’s been amazing. Hope to drive it much more this summer…
The indentations for the screw holes on the 66 rings I thought were shaped slightly different.
Nick isn‘t doing much of the one-off used parts anymore, business is booming in other areas. But I’ll give him a shout tomorrow.
