What did it do to the chrome trim? They didn't show a close-up of the door handles or some of the trim around the windsheild. That crushed glass & water may be ecthing those pieces if left unprotected during blasting. Just my thoughts.

Sand Blaster Help Tech Help Needed

Sounds like you are getting moisture in your blast media, a coalescing air filter should help greatly. Plus a drain valve in the lowest part of your piping to your blast cabinet. You need to trap/reduce moisture before it gets to the cabinet to keep your sand (blast media) dry.

    Welder opinion

The AC225 is the lincon old school stick welder, it uses AC rods only(they are not hard to find) and do a good job of welding plate steel. Purchase a couple of glass suction cups from Napa (the kind used for glass instulation/removal) they are not very expensive. It gives you good control when handling your window glass. Sorry for the first answer, had to reread the question, drivers seat- front top of seat to floor(where your feet rest) approx. 13.5", 3.5" is bracketry measured from the floor part where it is bolted to the floor, that leaves approx. 10" of actual seat height.
