Don, Welcome to the site. I put a NV3350 in my '69 and I love it! I also fabbed up a removable service cover and had it LINE-X coated to match my tub. Whats the single best upgrade you have done to your EB?

For me it was the NV3550 5-speed. Huge difference and much more fun to drive. A close second was the bottle opener on the rear bumper! ;D

Hank, I have not been there since the early eighties, Is the parking area large enough to handle a 40' 5th wheel toy hauler? Or would I need to park it elsewhere? Or, do they have an RV parking area with access to the dunes? Thanks, Moose

    Dipstick advice

I opted for the Milodon Flexible dipstick and routed it UNDER the headers and mounted it on the inner fenderwell. This made a much cleaner install in my opinion. I tried running it between the header tubes and wound up almost burning it. (it is rubber inside the wire mesh)

    Am I crazy? DD build

In my experience a 1" body lift was required to clear the NV3550. Without cutting a bunch of inner bracing on the tunnel. It made life so much easier
