    My nv 4500 shift like a big rig(slow) are they that way?

    I have a 4500 in my 98 dodge and it shifts pretty good especially as stated above from 2nd gear and up. It is much easier to drive than the 435 in my bronco. I would say something is up with yours, sounds like synchros to me also. They do sell short shifter kits for the 4500 though they make...
