fuel not picking up after bronco sits or in cold weather

My Bronco is a 1977. In cold weather or if it sits 3 or 4 days, without me starting it, it will not start. I have changed the fuel pump and it hasn't helped. I can put air in the gastank and build pressure and then it will start.
