What have you done to your Bronco today?

After looking again, you may have a 3 bolt balancer. Hard to tell in the pic.

What have you done to your Bronco today?

You'll need to make sure you get a 28 oz three bolt balancer to use it.

What have you done to your Bronco today?

Looks like you have a 4 bolt balancer. That pulley will not work. I had the same issue but had a 3 bolt balancer and purchased that pulley. for timing marks, just find TDC and make a pointer to line up with it. You'll then have to get timing tape to use for the rest.

Copy of instructions ? Toms offroad Interior Bar, Plate Style Family 6-Point, 66-77 Ford Bronco

I'd say those would do it. Very similar to an elevator bolt. Those are similar to an elevator bolt, maybe a little thicker head. I think shear strength is what you'd be concerned with. would be much pull on those bolts the way they are used.

This is the clearance between the inside of the door and bolt head on the passenger side. door is closed and in the latched position.

No, I haven't yet, but will when I do the final install. Probably use what is called an elevator bolt. super flat head with very good tensile strength. the clearance is really close on the passenger side, but does clear barely with a standard hex head bolt.

Tom's Plate Style Roll Bar, Who Has It?

This is not a Toms cage but one that had bars all the way to the floor. I cut them just a little below the plane of the bottom of the windshield, welded the crossbar in and burned the plates and mounts out on a burn table. Bar is not in way of your view, and I can pad it if wanted. Ibe had the...
