1966 Bronco from Tucson (I bought it!)

But you gotta leave the mic mounts.... well, maybe one of them for color anyway (each one went to a different radio - CB, Sheriff/Rescue, and HAM - that's why there were three)... and that "Fasten Seatbelt" sign was pretty well an institution. Looks like a great project, love the A/C unit...

1966 Bronco from Tucson (I bought it!)

The one we actually found is from Sports Afield, see below. I always heard it was Outside Magazine, maybe there was another article, but anyway here is the one we have. H Sports Afield Article

1966 Bronco from Tucson (I bought it!)

Wow, that brings back some memories. Those Carlisle dressings might be actual WWII surplus. And smelling salts... whatever you do, don't use them on anyone. There were WWII dated C and K rations in that truck at various times, maybe still there, if the pack rats didn't get them. H

1966 Bronco from Tucson (I bought it!)

Craig is a true gentleman, he even put up with my last minute nibble on the jerry cans. Hope all the pack rats got off before you left. I'm amazed that the brakes seemed to still be working, I wonder if the engine will just fire back up. Keep us posted on the project! H

    SOLD 1966 U150 in Tucson AZ - $3,000 - SOLD

Todd, I appreciate your help. That seems like it's in the zone, these things seem to command a little more price than Dodges. This truck is about like all the other Arizona yard finds I've worked on - perfect metal, everything organic is shot - rubber, wire, upholstery, hydraulics, gas tank...

Yeah, I found the Bronco decoder ring someplace and confirmed that the dataplate matches the truck. Working to get an asking price figured out, any thoughts? H

    SOLD 1966 U150 in Tucson AZ - $3,000 - SOLD

***SOLD*** Gentlemen, I am a Power Wagon guy, so I am offsides here, but I am helping a recently widowed lady with a 1966 Bronco. Arizona car, rust is zero except for floorpan on passenger's side where the heater core leaked, but did not penetrate. Minor collision damage on both sides at fuel...
