grinding noise from somewhere??

hello, i am knew to the bronco comunity and this forum. i have a 66 bronco with a 351 cleavland and a np2o5 transf. case. not sure on the tranny. it runs great except it has this grinding noise that sounds like its right between the seats. i checked all fluids and all were good. it almost...
