Where to buy quality windshield glass? Carlite logo???

+2 ... first one shipped and the corner edge was chipped during the shipping process. Auto City was quick to send another, good customer service. Easy install, no logo.

My take on the best transmission, new twist on old favorite

Just something about the enjoyment of an old school "slow" shifting 3-speed manual in a EB though... Merica!!! 🍻

Vibration - Polyurethane Motor Mounts vs Rubber

Probably… I don’t have the history on the engine. All I know is its a 1991 302 Windsor, but runs strong and super clean internally.

Vibration - Polyurethane Motor Mounts vs Rubber

Update: 100% was the poly urethane motor mounts. Installed the rubber mounts back on, and damn… I noticed an immediate difference as soon as I fired the motor up. We all know how much quality Lick Creek and Duff puts into their stuff, however for my setup these poly urethane “heavy duty” motor...

What have you done to your Bronco today?

Actually, 3D printed that I purchased online. Came with the mount, black metal steering column strap, and the articulating arm similar to a RAM mount. Works great!

What have you done to your Bronco today?

Since the weather sucks, did some easy bling installs thanks to our friends at WH. Billet speedo bezel, windshield knobs, and stainless windshield washer nozzles. Also purchased WH 6.5 speaker kick panels for the Bluetooth stereo/speaker install, which is next.

Looking for Pics of your Non Stock Emergency Brake Set Up

Installed this in my 73 over a year ago and very happy with it! Works great for both ebrake function and security since I hid the on/off button controller. I decided to fabricate my own cable bracket just so I had an excuse to use the Mig welder. Installed inside passenger side of frame. It has...

    Got my first bronco

Highly recommend these... I installed them last winter and very impressed by the ease of install and the modes it offers. Welcome to the "what the hell was the previous owner thinking" club!!! 🍻

    Scottsdale Barrett Jackson 2025

Thanks for the pics Todd, I was wondering how many broncos went through the block this year. Crazy if most were coyote builds... just pricing out a coyote crate motor swap is painful!!! I got really lucky with what I paid for my 73 two years ago during the value spike. Even Maxlider Bros are...

    Traction Bar Options

I haven’t noticed any difference. Still rides like a truck!! Lol. Have about 6 hours of driving since the install. No more popping noise and the “WTF was that noise” outbursts. I have the Deaver 1645H9 leafs and Duffs midnight MS2020 shocks. Lower tire pressure and it isn’t that bad. No...

    Traction Bar Options

Damn... I wish I would have seen this prior to last week. I just installed these Hellwig traction control springs https://www.hellwigproducts.com/products/?partnumber=2002 $96 on Amazon. Huge difference with my lift blocks and wedges that caused major wrap. Same conclusion as above, the torque...

    Duff 4 link update

Bad@$$! Just a pipe dream for me to do this to my 73 that has a Duff 5.5 lift. Great post and build!!!

    EFI Thoughts

^^^ agree with Paul. My Sniper 1 took me several months to learn, then the unit took a a little time to "learn" once I properly adjusted and installed the RFI shield. I'm very satisfied with my Sniper now, maintenance free for almost a year. The great part about the Sniper series is there is...

Vibration - Polyurethane Motor Mounts vs Rubber

Roger that, but I had noticeably more vibes both stationary and moving. Thanks... was just the combination of the new motor mount install and timing of the rear u-joint deciding to go at the same time. I did get the info I wanted on the polyurethanes. I'm not mud bogging this thing or rock...

Vibration - Polyurethane Motor Mounts vs Rubber

Thanks for this info. I was able to isolate the main vibration while underway, which was not from the mounts. There is still more vibration with the poly units, but I’d agree that its not awful. Still it’s more vibration than I want. Will be ordering new rubber mounts. No, I replaced the mounts...

Vibration - Polyurethane Motor Mounts vs Rubber

Definitely will do that with the belts. I also have the old mounts, but might just buy new OEM style mounts. The Duff's are poly and listed as "heavy duty" so not sure if that makes a difference in the poly density. Project for next weekend! Thx

Vibration - Polyurethane Motor Mounts vs Rubber

they are tight, but the vibration is noticeable now when just revving it and not moving. Thanks for the suggestions

Vibration - Polyurethane Motor Mounts vs Rubber

What I was assuming as well. Couple hundred dollars for the polys, but will probable get new rubber ones and dump the polys.
