Few more shots from today below. Brian said it should be ready to stay on the ground after today. All that was left for the 4-Link was the sway bar and rear brake lines. Hope to get it out in the back yard for some photos this week. Then he'll be moving on to the power steering conversion and...

    Project Nebula - James Duff

Alright, I was away from the shop on vacation last week, so I'm using the photos that Brian and Easton took while they continued the installation in place of my absence. I snapped some photos of its current state. While I was out Brian tacked up all of the mounts and did a bump test to make...

    Project Nebula - James Duff

We have an exhaust kit that we're doing our final testing on with this install. I will show it off as we get to that point in the build. It's a 2 into 1, or 2 into 1 into 2 set up as there is limited room. Hopefully it passes all the tests and we can offer it to the public. Details to come.

We are too Todd. We've debated for a while on which Bronco got the four link, this one made the most sense. I think it's going to have a great look and the LUBR guys should enjoy it too. The truss is mocked up on the banjo housing we had set aside. As a salesperson one of the questions I get...

    Project Nebula - James Duff

Brian and Easton are making quick work of the front end. But they've installed the T-Rex arms, extended shock towers, MS2020's, coil springs, steering, track bar and front sway bar. Above you can see our proprietary HD lower coil retainer with the sway bar mount for the hellwig sway bars...

    Project Nebula - James Duff

We're getting ready for the big show next month and we're taking the opportunity to update our LUBR, Nebula, to our Dual Sport 2.5" Four Link Performance Package. Last year we installed our LUBR 1.5" system which had a great look and drove great, but @jduffent Suzy said: "Nebula needs a TUFF...

Considering James Duff radius arms for turning radius

We built the website this way because the one before we dealt with the opposite end of the spectrum where customers were not getting all the parts they thought they needed or they assumed they were included in the kit. You can always call us and one of our salesman will be glad to walk you...

2024 Black Friday / Cyber Monday Tracker

Doesn't look like it. Due to low demand there's not much room there. However, we are still adding deals on the website: https://www.dufftuff.com/blackfriday I am standing by to answer questions about our parts today should be in the office most of the day helping the team. -Zac

Considering James Duff radius arms for turning radius

JB - Thank you for your order, do you remember which salesperson helped you? I have some new team members and I would like to learn more about your experience. Also, I have noted that we need a top-down photo of the arms so we can show the extra clearance provided by them. Zac at James Duff...

Early Bronco Dual Sport Heim Steering System We've taken our tried and true heim steering system to another level for the Early Bronco application. Featuring the same tuff, trail-proven - 1.25" DOM tubing with over 1/4" wall thickness that was on the previous systems we sold. This new system...

    wheels and tires

I think the question is, "Will it clear the rear fenders without cutting?" Obviously the wheel itself will not be an issue. With 3" of BS, but unknown offset, you can't be exactly certain without a dry fit. The stockers would have had an offset of -1 but a "higher" backspacing. This means that...

Tire size for a LUBR with a 3" lift

For reference, the US Mag Indy, in 15x8, usually has a 4" backspace and -12 offset. Depending upon the tire, in a 10.50, they would likely clear if the diff is centered. If the tire has an aggressive shoulder lug, you would likely need to roll or modify.

Tire size for a LUBR with a 3" lift

Also, metric tires (like the 265/75 that Jefe mentioned), are almost always "rounded up" when compared to standard tires. A 265/75/16 would actually only be 31.65 x 10.43, if it were entirely accurate. The BFG KO2 in that size, for example, is actually only 30.89" tall and 10.15" wide, "when...

    1990 Bronco 2 question

With all due respect, don't make the comparison to the '88 and back. In late '88 ('89 model year), Ford began using the Cologne head. This is the one that was used in Europe from the beginning and did not have the "cracking" issue around the bosses like the NA-spec only got. In fact, the head...
