Tire and Wheel size on stock Cut 76

I have a stock height '76 with cut quarters and 32x11.50's on 15 x 8 inch wheels. The front tires rub pretty bad on the forward edges of the fenders when wheeling on moderate trails, especially when turning. I had to cut the lower front edges of the fenders to clear the tires. I plan to...

    I hate Jeff's Bronco Graveyard....update-BANNED from JBG!!

I’ve been a member here for a couple years and rarely post, but feel compelled by some of what has been said… First, it is everyone's responsibility to look out for themselves; hence the motto “caveat emptor” (buyer beware). If you don’t have the time to check out what you’re ordering...

    Rockers/Door Posts/Kick Panels/Floor Pans

To get the whole front door post or striker (rear) post out, the outer rocker needs to be removed. Then the inner rocker and striker post are straight forward to replace once the outer rocker is removed, but it is easier if the floor is out of the way too. Up front, the inner rocker goes...

    bucking bronco

Without any info about what kind of fuel and ignition systems are your Bronco, I'll assume it's stock... My first guess is a clogged fuel filter. What you describe are pretty clasic symptoms for a clogged fuel filter. Try changing the fuel filter, and then as soon as possible check for...

    BF goodrich bronco

Soon after the ad came out, I found a website with information about the BFG Bronco... http://www.geocities.com/Baja/Canyon/1375/bfg.html I have the poster too, and you can clearly see the bumper is Smitty built, but I'm not sure about the winch bar.

    Torque Specs

According to my 1976 Ford truck shop manual: The inner spindle nut to wheel hub is torqued to 50 ft-lb, then back off 90 degrees and rotate to closest pin hole. The outer spindle nut to wheel hub should be torqued to 80-100 ft-lb.

How to post your pics... First, you'll need to put the pictures on a server, such as Sony's Image Station. Second, use image tags around the URL: (IMG)http://www.yoursitegoeshere.com/image.jpg(/IMG) replace the parenthesis ( ) with brackets [ ] Last, if using an Image Station account...

Anybody have any luck cleaning aluminum/ chrome looking trim?

To polish aluminum on aircraft, Nevr-Dull is frequently used and is very handy. You can get it at Walmart, most hardware stores (i.e. Ace and True Value, and most automotive parts stores. It comes in a can on cotton wadding. You just tear off a piece and rub it on your part to polish it...
