69 bronco steering binds when at full bump right or left

I appreciate any trouble shooting advice here. I am working on a 69 with the dana 30, when I steer full right or full left it wants to bind up. Also, not sure if its related but sometimes (can't figure out the pattern) it will bind the front axle even if the wheels are straight when I want to...
