4 point Harness bar

Hey Guys Ive searched all of the previous threads and cannot find where this has been asked before. I want to install a 4 point harness and I'm looking for a harness bar like pictured. Anyone aware of a universal bar that is bolt in. Would like to avoid welding in a bar if possible. Thanks...
