They're in my neck of thee woods so if you need help let me know. I might even have an extra kit on hand. Their website had me laughing. It's an old shop with stuff everywhere. I had to schedule a time to go by so someone would be there to get my kit. Older guy was very nice and helpful but I...
Good Morning,
If you want to keep the pump you have you can order a rebuild kit from these guys or send it to them to have it rebuilt. The kit they have uses parts that are compatible with present day gas with ethanol.
Best of luck, David

Your rig, your choice amigo but I would be bummed if I saw a color change from Peacock Blue. Definitely one of my favorites and I think those colors bring a premium. In my book it would be like changing a late 60's early 70's High Boy from Reef Aqua to anything but. I miss the era of the lively...
Errr, I think I figured it out. There is no continuity between the rings so all good there. The inner ring is the one that's energized so both horn button contacts on the outside should show equal voltage since they're both part of the inner ring. I played with the horn button and that seems to...
Trying to get the horn working on my 66 Bronco which hasn't worked since I got it in 2020. Can't verify for sure if it's the correct steering wheel but it's got the 2 concentric contact rings on the back side. Stock column and what may be a new/replaced column harness but it looks correct. It...
Thanks again @Apogee! You just resolved an issue that I've seen conflicting info on that's had me scratching my head. I'll abandon plans on ordering the 99149 Speedi Sleeve.
Cheers!
David
Good Morning Tbratz, was your application on a small bearing? Not sure that even matters from what I've read. Having seen this part number come up more than once I may just get it and return if it doesn't fit...
Thanks for chiming in!
I was scoring and chiseling and the grinder jumped on me. Oh well, I think you're right in your assessment as far as a replacement axle. I appreciate your reply and looking into the speedi sleeve offerings. Have a great weekend!
David
So, I got a nick in one of my rear axle shafts on my '66. I can't find any definitive info or part number for this application. Took the shaft to napa and they couldn't help either. Does anyone know of the part number for a sleeve for this application? The micrometer reading I got on that...
DIY onboard shower from some time ago. Always intrigued me. Haven't checked current pricing on the materials...

Hi Tiko433,
I'm using this one. It's lightweight, flexible and a good fit to the windshield. Very pleased with the performance so far. Good luck on whatever you choose!

Not sure if this counts and didn't come up in a quick search so here's one the wife found on the LL Bean website. Even found a 6G on there as well.
