SOLD Looking for 302 intake with a D1 data code casting.

D1 is a casting number honestly. So it could be made from aug 70-thru 71, and maybe into 72. Whats the actual date you need? 3 space code.

    Baja Broncos Cactus Smasher

He seemed very wishy washy about selling. I offered on one, and Jim could have grabbed it for me, but he wanted to honor someone elses lesser offer. which I guess he never bought? Oh well. They looked crusty to me!

    Baja Broncos Cactus Smasher

Thanks Paul, yeah, the owner operator passed at 82. He had bought the place after working with the guys who did all Stroppe’s bending in the 1970s. The size of the machines and benders and projects in the rafters was a sight to behold. I may have photos from a visit somewhere ….

I have a box full of spare pigtails and sections of original harness for 71-75 harnesses if you need anything . Also have a 73 here I’m assembling for any references .

What have you done to your Bronco today?

That is solid advice! It looks like big T was gonna fix his original? Thats what I do. I’ve also bought Dennis carpenter reproduction factory harnesses for a customer and they were nice! As long as wires aren’t crispy or insulation is not cracking, I like to repair the original wiring.
