They appear to be roller lobes to me. Not all roller cams are billet steel. Some are cast steel like this one. That being said I have no idea what cam it is.

I installed the axle with 2 degree bushings mounted up side down. Gave me the correct pinion angle. Then I cut and turned the knuckles for about 7-8 degrees caster.
