The Tricky EcoBoost Early Bronco Build

I built mine with the recess in the middle and it is almost impossible to disconnect the hoses. I disconnect at the filter and I put a joint on the return line to take apart. No room there to work very well. Just make sure before it is too late.

A Barn Paint Job: Chapter 1 “the wisdom comes from the journey not the destination”

I suggest a cheaper HVLP gun for the primers and such. If you are doing base coat clear cost then the cheaper gun can work for the base coat also. The clear usually works better with a better gun. The Harbor Freight purple gun has been known for a good cheap gun...

The Tricky EcoBoost Early Bronco Build

I would also do 12". One note is although the brackets are very strong you still should have some type of cross bar. I have mine in front of the seats but I did run a bar between the brackets below the body line. Not as good as higher up but better than none.

    Quiet mud tires?

I have KM3 on my EB. 37x12.5x17. Not sure on the noise as all is noisy in my truck. I am struggling on getting them to track well. Many different tire pressures and toe settings and still the truck does not drive very stable. Always seems to want to wander. Other than that no issues yet. Might...

Secondary hood latch that doesn't interfere

I dont know of another idea. I moved mine forward all the way so it would clear the rad. You may have to put a small plate over the back side of the hole in the core support and move the latch way forward.

    4 link, ORI's, narrowed D60w/only 2.5" lift, 5"+WB stretch, 2" floor lower, P/S....,

Also confused on the data logs. One has timing from 15-35 degrees. The other calls out 5-25 degrees. I need to look at the tune a bit more but hopefully your tuner can help. If not you may need to just put in one of the standard SBF tunes and then change displacement and coil type and try that...

I have been wondering myself that by using wasted spark with the non separate coils if the spark in the cylinder at times other than actual firing order is not causing fuel in the exhaust to be lit when it should not be. Honestly I would go COP and not look back.

Two things I do see. You do not have enable closed loop checked in the software. You also appear to have quite a bit of initial timing in the ECU, I was running 12-13 degreees at low rpm. I am not an expert just noticing difference from your tune and mine.

Best Way to Plug a Barbed Fitting?

Rubber cap is the best that I have used. Needs to be a good grade of rubber.
