I might regret this but it's time to find a new owner for my Bronco. I bought a second project Bronco so it doesn't make sense (to my wife) to have two of them.

In short, it's a really clean Vintage Bronco with tons of new parts, that looks and drives great.
I've owned the Bronco for over 5 years, but most of the new parts were only installed within the past year or two.
I've spent over 20k in new parts, paint, etc. (with receipts for most) not including tax, shipping, and labor to install, which can cost more than twice the price of the parts.
It's geared perfectly in stop and go traffic, with no need to constantly shift. It has lots of passing power and cruises great at 65-75 on highways. It has never overheated on me, not even in heavy Los Angeles traffic.
Steers easily and no bump-steer even with the lift, drives like a normal truck.
It's also a 71, so it's exempt from CA smog checks.
This Bronco won't nickel and dime you to death like it did to me since it practically needs nothing now.
I tried to keep track of my Bronco Budget so I have a comprehensive list (4 pages) of all the new parts/prices, available upon request.

Great looking Bronco! Do you recall the color of your BC soft top? I'm torn between black or dark gray for mine - I like the color of yours. Thanks and GLWTS.

It's black, kinda dusty in the pics. Dark grey would like nice also, can't go wrong with the BC top.

I got a lot of interested buyers but almost everyone of them did not like the original manual setup, and not being an automatic was a deal breaker for them.

I have tons of upgrade parts I've gathered recently and over the years so I'll probably continue with my original plan of resto-modding it and expanding my potential buyers pool.

I have a few ways I can sweeten the deal but I'm still not set on what direction I should take.

Plan A:
Leave it with the original manual as is and offer THOUSANDS off my asking price so next buyer can buy whatever transmission they want and hire someone to install it.

Plan B:
Sell it as is with thousands of dollars worth of parts included; and new buyer can install it themselves or hire someone.

Options that I can possibly throw in:

Complete perfectly running and registered 1996 Explorer with V8 and AWD automatic.

C4 setup from my 1968 bronco project

C4 that I just bought that was just rebuilt a year ago by previous owner but I'm going to rebuild again to convert it to Bronco specs.

Low mileage 4R70W from a 1998 explorer, with wiring and computer etc.

Complete Mustang MAF EFI with A9L ECU, complete wiring, tfi distributor etc.

Plan C: Keep carb setup but install newly rebuilt C4 Automatic.

Plan D: Turnkey rebuilt C4 and EFI installed.

Plan E: Turnkey rebuilt 4R70W and EFI installed.
I would prefer not to go this route since it will require thousands of dollars in extra parts, e.g. new length drive shafts, transfer case adapter, transmission controller, auto shifter, new torque converter and rebuild kit, custom transmission cross members and relocation etc.
But if someone REALLY wants these upgrades we can work something out.
My asking price will be firm or possibly go up depending on actual costs and labor involved.

I believe these options are fair and if you want to shoot me an offer or suggest a combo not list above please do so as soon as possible.

I'll probably do Plan D: EFI and C4 within the next few days.

I plan on pulling the engine and transmission in the next few days so if you want to get a significant discount by going Plan A-C please contact me soon since once the conversion is complete I can not be as flexible on the price due to the added parts costs and extra labor involved in changing the parts around.
