• Be EXTREMELY cautious if someone offers to buy your Bronco for more than your asking price and sight unseen. ESPECIALLY if the buyer is overseas. It's probably a scam.

Just to clarify, I'm looking for the members thoughts on whether I should sell this or hold on to it. I know what I paid and if the consensus of the group is worth more than the initial purchase price I'll probably sell. I hate to even think about getting rid of it but my current situation with school loans in action and possible business ventures have made me reconsider my plans with the Bronco. So, here it is: It's a 1975 Special Edition Denver Bronco (DSO763000) with roughly 40,000 miles on the rebuilt engine. I bought it from the original owner who claimed everything ran smooth. However, after driving it around a few times, I found that the tranny needs to be rebuilt. It does run but you have to start it out in second gear, plus it leak tranny fluid pretty bad. The brakes need replaced in order for it to be considered a "safe" driver%) . Looking at the interior you can easily observe the seats need to be re-covered. As seen in the photos, I tore out the interior to determine the rust situation and found both floor pans need to be replaced. The rear corners behind the wheel wells need patched as well as a new tailgate/patch panel. The rockers appear to be very clean. The inner fenders need to be replaced as well as the door posts (inside behind the tire shows the cancer). As you can see in the photos, the body has taken a few dents over the course of its lifetime as well as rock chips to the paint. The owner told stories of how windy the mountain passes were near Boulder...apparently he was blasted with pebbles?:? . So, there it is. I know it sounds rough but the overall foundation of the vehicle is a great candidate for someone looking for a rare piece of history. If you could, check out the pictures and try to come up with a reasonable estimate of worth. Like I said, I'm not going to give it away. I'd love to keep it for a future project but know that as soon as I get into it, the time and money required to complete it will continually escalate. Also, I'm probably putting myself out there for low-ball offers and side-comments (I've been reading this forum for years;D )...if you feel the urge to throw those out, please hold them them. If you would like to contact me personally, my email is brodym25@yahoo.com. Thank you for your time.

If pictures don't come through, look at my gallery. Thanks.
