So hopefully this goes through this time, as a result of re-writing so many times, I'll probably leave something out. I hate to think about selling but I'd like to get the members opinion on its worth before making a move. It's a 1975 Special Edition Denver Bronco with a 302 (40,000 on a rebuild), AT, PS, Sport Pkg, 2nd Owner, and original window sticker/papers. All the numbers match but the tranny needs to be rebuilt. It starts out in second gear. The rust...imagine what 30 years in Colorado can do and you get the idea:cry: . When I bought it from the original owner, the rust situation didn't turn out the same as his description. The floorpans need replaced as well as the inner fenders, tailgate, and patch panels behind rear wheel wells. The door posts don't have any play but they are rusty if you look up behind the front tires. The rockers are solid as well as the doors. Interior needs redone as well as a few body panels. It's been sitting for the past year and a half in storage/garage with the occasional fire-up to keep things going. If you have any recommendation on the worth please share your input. If the projected worth is a resonable amount or over the initial purchase price I'll probably sell. I love this Bronco but have come to realize it might not be the best thing for me to focus on at this point in time. I don't have a problem sitting on it but I know the longer it sits, the more things will have to be done to it. Alright, I hope that gives you an idea. Check out the pics (if they post) or my gallery for a better idea.

It's also registered at http://www.stratadrome.com/bronco/dscrtptn/brody_mueller.htm.

Thanks for the help. If you would like to contact me personally my email is brodym25@yahoo.com.

It's a cool truck and I dig it, but that rust spooks me. Carl F250's Denver went for $3500 and although it was far from original, it seemed to have less rust. I'm sure you could find someone willing to pay more if you're patient however.

I never had a chance to check his out in person. I was trying to buy it long ago from the second owner that painted it green. I'm not sure what all his body panels were about (rippled metal on the doors) but it looked somewhat similar I suppose. If you look at the Denver site at Glenn Lee's, I helped pic that one up for him. Looking at that and then mine, I would say the amount of work might me pretty close. Thanks for checking it out;D

My friend and I bought Carl's. It's now his, since I bought a different one, but I'll still be helping with it.

Carl's needed floors, hinge posts, rear quarters, upper quarter on one side, rockers and inner repairs, kick panel and inner fender repairs, doors have plenty of filler, they may need replacing, etc.. It also was not running when the deal was made, although he did get it started by the time we picked it up. It had bondo as much as 3/4" thick in places.

Don't get me wrong we were very happy with it;D , it had many new parts and lots of potencial, but I thought I'd mention the condition if it's going to be used as a comparison.

Fishbone- Thanks for some first-hand insight. I'd imagine they're relatively equal. You guys got on hell of a deal considering the starting to ending price;D

It's gonna take some work to whip it into shape. It's getting a frame off restoration, but we were definitely happy with it. That thing had $2000.00+ in new parts, wheels, tires, and lift.;D
