• Be EXTREMELY cautious if someone offers to buy your Bronco for more than your asking price and sight unseen. ESPECIALLY if the buyer is overseas. It's probably a scam.

!977 Ford Bronco. All original body except for the rear quarters that were changed to put in the built in Fender Flares. 68XXX original miles. I am the third owner of this Bronco. The first owner was a preacher in New Mexico who owned it for approximately 10 years. The next owner was also a preacher who owned it for approximately 25 years and resided in Texas. I bought this 4 years ago for my daughters first car as she wanted a Bronco like Dads. She drove it through her high school years and took excellent care of it and it was probably the coolest vehicle at the school.. Before she drove it we took out all interior, added insulation, a roll bar, new carpet, new seats with head rests, a new rear bench seat with flip forward capabilities. shoulder harness seat belts. center console with a radio with blue-tooth capabilities for hands free use of her phone. While the top was off it was repainted and the dash was repainted. New door panels, door hardware, arm rests and rear panels were added to dress it up. We added some new weather stripping where the orignal was worn, We did everything we could to ensure it was as safe as could be. The body was and still is rust free. The first owner carried a wire brush and paint can and if the underneath even showed a bit of rust he brushed and repainted, paying particular attention to the all the places it would normally rust. I believe this to be as good of a rust free bronco as one could ask for considering it has been driven. Door posts, inner fenders rockers are all rust free as are floor pans, kick panels. The entire bronco was repainted when the rear quarters were changed to the built in feeder flares. The body is excellent.

The engine is the original 302 ford. Since we have had it we made sure it was reliable and replaced just about everything that was replaceable. It was tune-up the week we got it and was tuned up again about a month ago with new plugs, wires, distributor cap and rotor. We have replaced the starter, alternator, radiator, thermostat, hoses, battery, master cylinder, brake lines, some gas lines brake pads, carburetor, electronic ignition box, solenoid, coil and just recently put on 31 X10.5 X15 new tires-less than 200 miles on them. The bronco came to us with a 4 barrel intake and 4 barrel carb, but the original intake came with it so it was converted back to the original intake and 2 barrel carb. The bronco starts easily, idles as it should and runs great. Also when we got it we added vintage air to it so it has reliable heat, defrost and air. There are no issues with the motor and i would not hesitate to take it anywhere.

The bronco came with a 2.5 inch lift kit and rancho shocks all around. One of the previous owners also added the shock mounts for this bronco to have dual shocks but they were not being used when we got it and we did not see the need for these to be added but you have that option. We added the spare tire carrier as one of the previous owner removed it. It has dual exhaust and mufflers were replaced as my daughter did not want a loud vehicle. We added halogen headlights to it to make it brighter at night. The bronco had a huge winch bumper and a heavy duty trailer hitch when we got it so these were replaced with the chrome bumpers.

We are selling this just be cause we don't have room for it and it is sitting outside. We don't want the weather and hot Alabama sun to take a toll on it. My daughter is now at Auburn University and Dad could not send her off to college with a vehicle that was 45 years old. But it served its purpose for her well, taking her to school and back safely every day for 3 years. She got a new Bronco Sport to take to college!

I will be glad to take more pictures if needed. PM if you interested and I will give you my contact info and we can discuss more.

I did not want to cut the panels to put in speakers so the speakers are mounted to the roll bar at the back much like is in the big wakeboard boats.. You can see this in picture 14.

I thought this bronco looked familiar! I remember seeing Woody Anderson post about it on their facebook page.
