just like the header says, two pair of flat top knuckles $150 a pair of knuckles and $125 for the spindles with 4 nuts

Will these allow std 5 spoke rims or will these be different form the rears?

OK these are just knuckles you still need other parts to make this work, they have nothing to do with the wheel pattern,
this is to allow you to use high steer with your chev disc setup. there are many vendors that sell the high steer to give you more ground clearance.
