Does anybody have this setup....if so could I see some pictures? Does it work well off road or do you get some rubbing and grinding with those front fenders uncut? Thanks!

I believe you need 33"x9.50" to work with uncut fenders and 3 1/2" lift. Last years 2002 Lonestar EB calender had pictures of 2 EBs with this combo.

I think he means the rear is uncut and the front isn't -- if that's the case you should be fine to run 33x12.5 with the 3.5" lift.

I'm not running 33x 12.50's right now but had them before with no lift and all fenders cut had no rubbing problems except for tires on radius arms but then the stock suspension didn't flex all that well now running 2 1/2" 33x 9.50 no rubbing any where going to 33x 10.50 next sorry no good pics right now

Where would the potential rubbing be with the front uncut and lifted 3 1/2"? Is it just at the fender...or do I have to worry about something else? ???

Initially I was running 3.5 inches of lift with 33x10.5 with the front fender uncut. The driver side would rub on the front part of the fender when I turned into my driveway. So I cut the front.

I did 33x12.5x15 for a while. First with only a 2 inch susp. lift. and later a 3 inch susp.
Just had to modify the front fender mount alittle. I was running a pretty stiff setup though.
I don't think you'll have a problem unless you're really hammerin' offroad.

Here's what mine looked like.

Can't remember if that was the 2 or 3 inch lift. Basically had to fold the front part of the fender in a bit. Not a biggie.

with 3 1/2 you shouldn't rubb the front fender at all so the height shuoldn't be a problem width wise you will rub the raduis arm before full lock you could problably use a smaller back spacing to prevent this but that usually requires specail order wheels and its not that big of a problem

So that rub on the radius arm won't hurt anything? Is there any mod that can be done so that the radius arm doesn't get rubbed?

You're gonna rub on those rear inner fenders if you don't trim. Alittle rub. Still haven't cut mine there as you can see.
The front was more of an issue on mine. I've got more clearance now with a 3 inch suspension and 2 on the body.

Here's what I did to the front fender to make the 33s work.

The only way you are not going to rub on the radius arms is to built your own or buy some from one of the Bronco vendors. If you are going this far, the 3 1/2 and 33s will soon be itching for more rubber and more lift! ;)

I saw (on some website or another) a chart with tire sizes and the lift required for those tires. Has anyone else seen this chart or have I been hallucinating during late-night 'net searches again?

Glad all this came up... I was about to buy some 33/12.50/15s on 15x8 rims... I have a 2" suspension and cut rear fenders... am I going too big?

I would refer to the chart, seems like the author has done the research there. Also, there is a post on the board called "Wanna See My Bronco" or something close to that, the author has pics of his rig on 33X12.5s on it with a 4.5" lift.
