I think I have already answered this question, but I'll proceed on anyways....
I have a 4x4x2 box combo I put together with junkyard/fleabay parts...
Both segments were taken apart, visually inspected, cleaned and then combined to make the box....Hoses and a canister filter were installed.... System was flushed before the pitman arm was installed, and return line attached..
System was bled for appx 25 minutes of turning lock to lock without a pitman arm...
All components re-connected for road test.....Basically have no hydraulic assist, even some back pressure against trying to turn right...
Saginaw pump is fairly new, and worked perfect with the old box
Could this be related to the adapter fitting somehow being incorrectly installed in the pump(BC Bronco 4x4x2 to saggy pump hose and adapters)?
Still got air in the system?
OR
hydraulic segment of the fleabay box no good?
What do ya'll think...
Im leaning towards a WTOR rebuild.....sure would suck to find out it was a pump fitting issue after getting the box back....
