5.0 Explorers, what should I grab?

Found 2 pretty clean and low mileage Explorers (both 2000) in the U-pull-it yard and I am gonna grab both 5.0 engines. One of them is an AWD so I was wondering if I should grab the transmission as well. Plan on getting all of the front serpentine setup from both. I don't think I will be using the fuel injection so I wasn't going to get the computer and harness unless it is worth $$. Thoughts on what else would be a good to have from these? Is the 4R70W a better auto swap than the AODE?

The ECM is easy enough to grab and yes I'm sure someone on here would make it worth your time. The harness is a major job to get out in one piece and would take hours in a junk yard without a lift and assortment of tools. I've got a friend looking for some decent leather seats for his big Bronco and the explorer seats will work. I don't know your location, but if you are close we may be interested in a set of seats depending on condition.
