Hi
What is the correct location for the 289 emblem on the 1966 Bronco front fender.
I have seen 2 different heights.

Hi
Super.
I've seen 289 logo sitting at the same height as center of headlight and others a bit further down.
I understand it is moved on the later models with the yellow side marker, but are there different locations of Early66 vs 66-67?

Fender emblem 67

I can provide measurements if this looks correct for you. I am unaware if 66 models had multiple locations My bet is they are the same

I've not seen multiple locations in 66'. Not sure if 66' varied from 67', I wouldn't think so.

Yes, please post measurements. I have a nice set of these that I would like to install. If you can get the location of the actual peg holes that would be ideal, but I can reverse engineer the location on the emblem itself.

Thanks

This is probably one of the ads you've seen below. Of all the crunchy, rusty, rotted ones I've seen, that I know were still in the original location, none have been low like that one seen in the ad. I've got a buddy with one sitting behind a barn and I'll try to get by there to get a measurement.

Like all the ones I've seen in person below.

Here is the passenger side of my 66, original fender and emblem. The driver side doesn't have the emblem, I can get you measurements of the peg holes on that side tonight, if they are not posted before then.

Emblem didn't want to come off easy (and didn't want to break it). Hope this helps. If not hopefully someone can post
I learn something new here constantly.
