I was the high bidder on this one on EBay until the closing moment when someone bid it up to 2500. I was scared for more than one reason on it but thought maybe it would be worth a gamble to finally get a U13 like I’ve been wanting.

I would be surprised if the frame isn't rusted.

Looks pretty rough. Older vehicles in Alabama only require a bill of sale.
