i don't see anything on there exciting enough to warrant 35k, especially the rancho lift or 3 speed.....

Maybe some things are legal to smoke in Canada and not the USA?
Notice they don't mention how much they have invested on this one? If you don't ask I guess you won't have a chance of getting it.
