Looks pretty nice to me. The big question is the rust. If it is contained to those few places, no big deal. Seems cheaper/nicer than any uncut broncos I've seen in the northwest lately.

Is 12k reasonable? I'm new to Bronco's and I don't want one all jacked up like a lot I see on here. This one is just how I'd keep it ... But I still thought this price is high.
Let me know if I'm way off base here

The prices are jacked up these days bud, it's one of those things, you gotta decide if the price is right for you.. Depends on what part of the country you're in too. Get that price all day long in CA.

Not a bad looking rig though.

Wait it out. $12k is high even for around here. A few months ago there were some in the area that might have needed a little more work but were around half that price. I picked up my survivor this last December for $5,000 and the only rust it has other than surface has been in the floor pans. Granted it doesn't have AC and it needs a few things but all of that will still put me well under what they are asking for that one.
