73 Bottle Jack Crank Handle

Does anyone know what handle and lug wrench that originally came with the 73 bottle jack setup? I have the jack but nothing else. I have seen some handles out there that are one and two pieces along with one long piece that folds. Just looking to put together original setup.

I think the lug wrench should be as pictured in the ad. That is what mine looks like in my 1973 (except I sandblasted and painted mine).

My 72 has the one piece long handled jack crank the is mounted on the drivers side inner side of the fender.
