77 Dash speaker CUT! Need Ideas

I have a 77 Ranger and the dash has been cut for a light switch panel. The lights are all non-op today and I remover the switch panel to find the dash has been cut. Looking for ideas to make this look good again. Flush mount speaker cover, etc.
