adhesive removal

my broncos interior was coated with a sticky adhesive under the old carpet which was removed and it has big globs of adhesive glue on lots of areas and i didnt know if there was a product that removed that stuff of easily???

go to your body shop supply. there are a number of products just for that type of thing.

laquer thinner works well too, but can be hard on any paint under the sticky.

The entire interior of mine was coated with asphalt emulsion, it was insane. Laquer thinner, acetone and other nasty solvents worked but would dry to quickly. The thing that worked best was good old gasoline, and per gallon way cheaper. Good respirator, unhook the battery prior to starting, and some patience and it's all gone now.

wire wheel on an electric drill
go to the parts house there is one made for paint stripping
it has stiff and long wires
it will take the paint off as well
