I can't stomach paying 45 bucks for a used version of this book.

The title is:

Backcountry Adventures Southern California: The Ultimate Guide to the Backcountry for anyone with a Sport Utility Vehicle
ISBN: 1930193262

Anyone got a scanned copy, or want to part with a copy?

If you have it you know why I want it.

I was hoping for an ftp link, or a local.

I'll go see what they copy in the library looks like and ask how much they'll charge me if I "lose" it.

if you're going to be trail exploring in that area over an extended period say several years $45 is cheap. money well spent. I've spent upwards of $100+ on my various trail books and never regretted it. I hate to get lost in the wilderness.

I have a copy of it but its not for sale. I suggest just biting the bullet and paying for it. The authors and publishers worked hard to create a big, informative book with tons of info, photos, maps, etc. It is worth their asking price, IMO.

Steal it from the library? Really? Come on.

Yeah I guess those are my true colors.

I'm sitting here with the libraries copy, it doesn't have cracks on the binding, no marks on the pages, no yellowing.

I doubt its ever been checked out.

It is a nice book FWIW.

I've got a near mint copy I'll let go. Won't be moving back to Socal. $35 shipped fair? If so, PM me with your addy and I'll drop it in the box before the week is out.

And I'd be happier knowing it's going to get some good use. I just went to pull it out of the cabinet it's in only to find it LOCKED and my 2.5 y/o twins seem to have "relocated" the keys! I'll dig it out by weeks end and get it in the mail bro.
