I will look for it.....I have it somewhere....
But I called them a year ago and went throught the whole Q&A session and never got a thing back from them..
Took a long time on the phone...the guy couldn't even speak english....
I was very dissapointed after what I thought was good feedback from others....
Maybe if I dig that # up I will give it another try.

Don't bother calling, just write a quick letter with your name, address, VIN #, year/make/model and what you want. I sent my letter in, they called me a few days later to say that they were putting the report together and I had the report in less than 2 weeks. Very nice to deal with.

Ford Customer Service Division
Ford Motor Company
16800 Executive Plaza Drive
P.O.Box 6248
Dearborn, Michigan 48126

My letter is signed by Miroslav Milutinovic, so you may want to send the letter directly to him.

Good Luck!

i live just down the street from the oher address. I also happen to work for Ford and one thing i can say is that the FCSD address is definitely the way to go. I think your number is the general switchboard so you may have talked to anyone in the company! FCSD is the right place to go for the info....
Maybe i'll call this Milutinovic guy on Monday to inquire about my 74!!

I sent my original letter to the renaissance center address but the one that I posted came directly off the letterhead that my letter was printed on. Who knows, they will both probably work.
