Anyone know any pipe benders in NW Ark?

So I'm trying to add to my 6 point cage to make it an 8 point family cage. Toms has the rear hoop I need but after shipping its gonna be 300. So im looking for someone local who could bend me up a rear hoop. Should be pretty simple two 90's and two 25 degree bends.

There used to be an offroad shop here in Fayetteville but now I don't know any still in business.
