Does anyone know if there is a repop of the early column to dash rubber trim available, or am I going to have to settle for a late model EB plastic column trim? Mine is dry rotted and cracking. Thanks!

No repops for those at this point. The late model will not really work right since it does not use the metal plate shown in your pic.

That us a part you need to find used. There are some nice ones out there that clean up real well.

I am pretty sure there was some one selling a few of those they had made within the last year in the classifieds. They had a friend build them custom I believe.

Rich, you and your buddy should get into contact with some of the vendors, make more and get these on the shelf! There is definitely an unmet need for this part!

I wish I knew Rich was making these. I missed that somehow. We lost the original to our 67 during the restoration and all my used parts were boxed up, so I had to buy a used one. Of course, I later found the one that was lost as well as a few other when I took parts to a show to sell!

That's how it always works. I have double of all kinds of parts because I could not find them when I need them. Organized garage, messy garage, doesn't matter.

Actually, I didnt get that much interest in them (at least not that many folks purchased them). Not sure there is really a market and I am assuming that is why they are not available. Maybe the price was too high but i actually lost money on this part. It takes allot to make these from scratch.

It never ceases to amaze me the amount of knowledgeable and talented people on this web site! No matter how obscure your question or part request is, someone always comes to the rescue. Thanks again, Rich!
