How do you make the AOD shift arm face 180 degrees from where it is?
I'm installing the Lokar floor mount shifter and with the exception of turning the arm around it took all of 1 1/2 hours.
So, please tell me that this is an easy but currently beyond my experience thing!

Updated with pictures ;D

I bought the Haynes techbook for the AOD, and it looks like I have to pull the transmission oil pan, and then pull the manual shift retaining pin to turn the manual shaft the 180 degrees. Is there anything that was left out from the Haynes book?

You have to drop the pan, loosen the nut on the shaft and rotate it 180, then put it back together. Ford Did this so it would fit multiple applications.
