Apology to Ballie Built

So I want to start another thread on this because I went about this the wrong way.
First off I owe Gordon an apology for not waiting to talk with him regarding my cage issues. It was never my intent to bash him or his products. I was simply venting because of my frustration with all the issues I was having.
Gordon is a stand up guy and is making things good and I am trying to do the same. Although I did not mention him or his company to most of you it was pretty obvious who's cage it was.
So up front : Gordon and all at Ballie Built I do apologize for my lack of foresight and it was never my intention to cause this much stress and headaches.
Any of you looking at his products be comfortable knowing Gordon will stand by his stuff. Just don't be a dumbass like me and talk to him first.
Thanks for listening and I hope this will make it back to Gordon as well.
Sinceraly Steve H.

OP: I started to chastise you for posting before calling knowing what the out come was going to be of your phone call. But I didn't want to make more of a mess than it all ready was. Gordon is one of my best friends on earth and know how he functions. Thanks for posting up and making it known all is going to be just fine.

You and me both, I would love to put one of his family cages in my Mutt build! It is saved to my build folder!

Good deal stepping up with the post. I did read your original and you were clear in stating your frustration and not intending to bash. Unfortunately we are a small group and extremely loyal to our brotherhood. So when their is a perceived threat we come out strong in support of the brotherhood, whether a purchaser or a vendor. Glad you were able to work it out.

I have to add on here that I'm not the good guy here. I F'd up!! Yet Gordon is still making things right. I'm going to spend a lot of time making up for this one.
I know Gordon doesn't do a lot socially online but if any of you talk with him let him know we really appreciate all that he does!

I will see him before too long, and if I am stuck on the trail AGAIN he'll be there to help out as always:cool:
Glad you all got it worked out, and I believe he is the only one that will insure his cages;)

Steve lots of people may commit worse offenses yet never throw themselves in the sword as you have, warranted or not. You were frustrated, vented, and apologized like the standup Brother that you are. In the process, you have opened a window into the nature of this forum and its members that is the real value in my eyes.

A forever humble Hank
